Processing Time
➡️At CWP Faith Based Apparel, every item is handmade and made to order with care and intention. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
Processing includes:
Order verification
Handmade production
Quality checks
Packaging and preparation for shipment
🚨 Processing time does NOT include shipping time.
Processing and shipping are two separate timelines.
📌High Volume Processing Time
During high-volume seasons such as sales, new releases, holidays, and promotions, processing times may take slightly longer than normal. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every order is created with excellence.
📌Order Cancellations
Due to all items being handmade and made to order, orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
📌CWP Faith Based Apparel Shipping Policy
Shipping Time Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped through USPS.
Shipping delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary depending on:
weather delays
carrier delays
holidays
peak shipping seasons
other circumstances beyond our control
🚫 CWP Faith Based Apparel is not responsible for USPS delivery delays.
➡️Tracking Information:
Every order includes a tracking number.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
📌 Please use your tracking number to monitor the status of your package.
Although we can see when your order has been delivered on our end, we do not control the delivery schedule or exact arrival date.
📌Delivered Orders
Once your tracking information shows your order has been marked “Delivered”, CWP Faith Based Apparel is no longer responsible for the package.
If your order is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS office immediately.
📌Lost Packages
CWP Faith Based Apparel is not responsible for lost packages. Any package marked lost must be handled directly through USPS.
You must file a claim with USPS using your tracking number.
📌Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
Return to Sender / Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us due to:
incorrect address
incomplete address
failure to pick up package
refusal of delivery
📌The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the package resent.
