Refund Policy

Our pray is that you love your merchandise just as much as we enjoyed making it for you. We take pride in what we do, therefore; WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Due to Covid-19 and our intent to ensure the safety we will not take exchanges until further notice. All sales are final.

If for some reason your item arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer an exchange within 10 days of your item (s) being delivered. 

We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect sizes or change color selected by the customer etc. Please make sure that you use the sizing charts or contact us via email (cwpfaithapparel@gmail.com) for correct sizing. 

If an item is returned to our location as undeliverable (due to for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc), the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of reshipment. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before before processing an order. We only send to address you provided during your order processing.
